MBT (Metal Body Tenor)

Our metal body tenor is indeed a unique 4 string only made by Gold Tone. The metal body scale allows “Chicago Tuning”  DGBE.  It may be tuned to 5ths but in order to tune CGDA a capo must be used on the second fret. It is loud and has a very distinct percussive tone. Steel body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut, sealed machine heads, pearl mini dot position markers.
