Mr. Rogers,
I don't know if you remember me or not. I am the firefighter from Memphis, TN who ordered a Goldtone CC-100R+ recently. Well, right after I got it, I took it to work and one of the firefighters picked on it a little bit. He instantly got hooked, and decided to get one as well. His name is Larry Boothby and his CC-100R+ is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
Saturday evening I showed my new banjo to a friend of mine who has been playing the banjo for over 10 years. He had never gotten to play a Goldtone and after he picked around on mine, he asked me how much I paid for it. When I told him, he was really surprised and said that he did not know that there were banjos of that quality on the market at that price. He is talking about getting one for his son.
I haven't even had my banjo 3 weeks yet and already 2 of my friends are wanting their own CC-100R+. I just thought you should know how impressed people are with the quality of your work.

in the spring of '08 i borrowed an old diastone banjo from my daughter inlaw, got it tweeked and after a few lessons decided that i wanted to study banjo seriously... my instructor pointed me in the direction of a cripple creek 100 and emphasized the importance of good tuners... i researched carefully and ordered a cc100rplus from ... in ON... i have been playing it now for about a month and i am so pleased with everything about this instrument... the cost, the sound with and without the resonator, the appearance and the playability... wow !
