Dear Wayne, I'm writing to you to tell you how much I'm enjoying my new CC-100 Open Back, and to congratulate you on making such a superb instrument.

I bought it about two months ago from... I had initially intended to get a BG-250, but the cost of left handed conversion, case, shipping, exchange rate and sales tax in New Zealand put it out of my budget. As it was, the total cost in New Zealand dollars for my CC-100 was... Even so, I think it is worth every cent. It is a truly lovely banjo. The sound is superb: bright, loads of bass, tons of character and while I mainly pick, the clawhammer sound is very sweet, right up there with instruments costing much more.

I am particularly impressed by the neck. I've played many high quality instruments throughout the years and this neck is exceptional, an absolute pleasure to play. It also has an incredibly low action, the lowest I've ever seen on an acoustic instrument.

I had to save up for two years to buy this banjo, and I'm glad I didn't go for anything less. One day, I'll get an Orange Blossom, or maybe a White Ladye. In the meantime, I am completely happy with my CC-100 open back, or Goldie, as she's called. I shall be putting a very favorable review on the Banjo Hangout as well.

Best regards, and thank you.
