Gold Tone Limited Warranty

To help protect your investment, Gold Tone provides a limited warranty. Please review it and keep it handy. And if your instrument ever develops a problem you believe is covered under warranty, feel free to call our service department. Registering the warranty is not a condition, but it will assist us in repair if the need should arise.

Banjo Repair and Set-Up

Gold Tone's complete banjo shop and skilled craftsman are able to perform any banjo repair or modification on any make of banjo.A few of the most popular repairs include professional set-ups, neck resets, tone ring replacements, neck replacements, fixing cracks and repairing de-laminating wood. We also refinish, touch up existing inishes, refret, straighten warped necks and provide about any other service needed on a banjo.

All repairs and modifications are a priority for Gold Tone and will usually be repaired and shipped in 4-5 days. Most customers are surprised at our low estimates…since we are tooled up for banjo construction and repair we have all the necessary equipment usually not found at your neighborhood music store.

Custom Work

We are able to perform much custom work and have built a variety of banjos not included in our catalog. As you view our catalog it is easily possible to build any banjo with any style neck attached to any style body. Some custom finishes and inlays are possible depending upon the banjo model.
